What makes IMPACT-X Performance different from the other group training franchises?
At IMPACT-X Performance, our strength lies in our close-knit, hands-on approach. As a growing franchise, we provide each owner with direct support and training from our founders—something you won’t find in larger, more impersonal group training franchise models. From the moment you join, we’re by your side, ensuring you have the guidance and resources needed to succeed. How many units do I need to commit to?
You are welcome to start with as many units as you want to, starting with just one. Our hope is that you will choose to expand into multiple locations after you see the success of the first.
To make this even easier for you, we give you 25% off the buy-in price of what you paid for the first location.
What is the cost of opening a IMPACT-X Performance franchise?
The cost of opening a location will vary by state. There is an Initial Franchise Fee and the flat Monthly Royalty Fee. From there, the cost to set-up a location will be dependent upon the type and size of location you choose and your build-out requirements.
We have a list of recommended equipment and guidelines for what each location should have.

Will I have a protected teritory?
Yes, you will have a protected territory. We provide a Territory Summary for each territory we assign, which will give you a detailed analysis of the demographics in your territory.
Do you have financing?
We do offer financing options! To look into your specific financing options, we will first need to determine if IMPACT-X Performance is a good fit for you, so be sure to fill out the expression of interest form so you can speak with a Franchise Business Advisor.
What is the duration of the Franchise Agreement?
The Franchise Agreement lasts for seven years and is renewable.
What type of training do I get? Is it ongoing or just at the start?
As soon as you sign the Franchise Agreement, we will enroll you in Journey University. Journey University includes a live, five-day event at one of our franchise locations where you will meet and learn from the team supporting your business. You will also meet and learn from real, successful owners about how to run your IMPACT-X Performance and get hands on experience.
In addition, you’ll get access to our online University which includes all the resources you need to run your business and a step-by-step blueprint to get your location open in a short amount of time. And, of course, you’ll have access to personalized business coaching whenever you need it.
These resources are always available to you, and we are constantly creating new resources to keep you up to date. This includes webinars, done-for-you marketing materials, business systems, and live training events.
How do I get a copy of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)?
We only share our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with people who have expressed interest in opening a IMPACT-X Performance.
To start that process, simply fill out the expression of interest form so you can speak with a Franchise Business Advisor. We’ll get in touch with you then and guide you through the process.
What if I don't have my own location?
You do not need to previously own a gym location to secure an IMPACT-X Performance franchise. As part of your initial training, we’ll guide you through the process of finding the right facility and negotiating a lease. Most of our owners lease their facilities, so you will not need full ownership of yours.
Can I have a partner(s)?
You may have a partner, but all partnership agreements are outside of our control and must be managed separately by you and your partner. If you and your partner are listed as co-owners of a IMPACT-X Performance Franchise, we will require a copy of the partnership agreement.
What is the expected timeframe to open a location?
The timeframe can vary based on finding a location, tenant improvements and other commitments. We recommend that you open your location within 180 days of signing your Franchise Agreement, and we include a blueprint to help you do this in IMPACT-X Performance University.
Will my support TEAM physically help me find a location?
We are here to help guide you through the process of choosing a location that will generate the best traffic without being over priced in an area with the best demographics.
Should I apply to open a IMPACT-X Performance?
Yes, you should.
Simply filling out an Expression of Interest form is no guarantee that we will grant you a franchise. Before you can qualify, we need to speak with you on the phone to make sure you are a good fit for us.
We only accept people we believe are hardworking and truly committed to success. If you put in the work, our business model will give you the power to build a business that you can easily expand into multiple locations. Our model is designed to multiply your wealth and help you change lives in your community.
Does it work for everyone? No. We occasionally receive EOI forms from people who are lazy or not committed. We politely tell those people to look into other franchises.

How will IMPACT-X Performance help make sure I am successful?
